Rules first, then payouts.
Ubilo is a set of community distribution tools on Solana. A host publishes what a program pays and to whom, people check themselves, and the payouts stay visible.
- 01
Write the program down
The host picks an asset, a total budget, the amount each wallet may receive, the dates and up to six rules. Nothing is paid yet; the program is only a signed promise.
- 02
Sign it with the host's wallet
The wallet signs the exact text of the program. The signature proves who wrote these rules and that nobody changed them afterwards. Signing is free and moves no funds.
- 03
Wallets get checked against the rules
Anyone can check any wallet. Each rule reads one public number from Solana (a balance, a count, an age) and the page shows that number next to what the rule needs.
- 04
Payouts land on the record
The host sends payouts from the distributor wallet the program named. The Proof page reads those transfers from the chain, so promise and payment can be compared side by side.
A 100 USDC program, worked through
The page does this arithmetic for every program, so the limits are clear before the first claim.
- Total budget
- 100 USDC
- Amount per eligible wallet
- 2 USDC
- Most wallets the budget can pay
- 50
- Left over if all 50 claim
- 0 USDC
- Left over if 30 claim
- 40 USDC (stays with the host, shown on the program page)
Ubilo takes no fee from a program and never holds its budget. The host keeps custody until each payout is sent. Escrowed pools that pay out automatically are planned, not live.
Compare with an escrowed poolToday's UTC date closes in --:--:--
Program dates are whole UTC days: a program that ends on a date stays open until that day closes in UTC, wherever you are. A wallet that meets the rules today may not meet them tomorrow, because balances move. A check is a snapshot, never a promise of payment.
